Building shelters is not an easy task. That is why our team consists of various specialists in different sectors. The shelter is not just a place for short-term living, but a secret device that is supposed to preserve your life and that of your loved ones for a longer period of time. The shelter must be designed to protect you from various natural and social disasters, including nuclear attack, chemical air and water pollution, biological weapons and viruses.

RESEARCH
First we will explore the terrain. It is carried out with specialized surveyors, geologists and hydro engineers to determine whether the site is suitable for the construction of a bunker.

DESIGN
After the survey provides the necessary information about the terrain and possible measures for construction and installation equipment, we will start designing. It is carried out by architects-designers with rich experience in the construction industry, designers, physicists and various technical persons.
CONSTRUCTION
The design is followed by the preparation of the construction site for the start of excavation work. This is followed by the construction of formwork, steel concrete construction and waterproofing. All activities are strictly controlled by supervising technical persons to ensure strict implementation according to the approved design.
ASSEMBLY ACTIVITY
After the completion of the construction work, we start with the installation of the plumbing and electrical installation. Subsequently, all life support installations are installed according to the bunker specification.
TERRAIN WORK
An integral part of the construction of the bunker is the restoration of the terrain and its
landscaping. The goal is to make sure there are no signs of construction activity and nothing to suggest there is a secret facility below the surface.
STAGES
Before we make a commitment to build your bunker, we do a research of the terrain. The study is an important initial step to gain clarity about the site particularities, as well as about the entry-exit points for the construction and the installation equipment. Geodesists, geologists, hydraulic engineers, designers and civil engineers will explore the site in terms of displacement, groundwater, etc. Then we will prepare a conceptual design adapted to your needs.

DESIGN
Architects, constructors, 3D designers, designers, physicists, specialist technicians, engineers and last but not least yourself – those people all take part in the design of your bunker! The client defines the size and number of rooms they want, as well as the number of people who will live in the bunker. An architectural conceptual design is prepared, on the basis of which the other installations are designed. Once all the projects are ready, you will receive an accurate offer for the construction of the bunker.
CONSTRUCTION
The construction begins with the preparation of the construction site for the excavation works. Afterwards the construction of formwork, reinforced concrete structure and waterproofing is in line. The thickness and additives of the concrete are calculated to absorb all types of radioactive emissions. All activities are strictly controlled by supervisory technicians in order to ensure strict implementation of the approved project.
INSTALLATION ACTIVITES
After the completion of the "rough" construction, TEBRIX beginswith the installation of electricity and plumbing in the shelter. The next step is to install life support systems as well as external hidden exits. All sensors and gauges are installed along with other systems and accessories ordered by the customer. After each installation, testing of the respective system is mandatory. TEBRIX performs tests more than once before issuing a warranty support certificate.
RESTORATION AND LANDSCAPING
An integral part of the construction project of your shelter is the restoration of the terrain, the removal of any construction waste and its landscaping. The goal is for no one to know that there is a secret facility under the site. When performing landscaping, TEBRIX works with professionals with whom it synchronizes its actions to cover hidden exits..
